According to the notification, the Gilgit Baltistan (GB) Government has decided to close Babusar Top and Zero at the following times:
- Zero Point will remain closed from 06:30 pm to 06:00 am
- Babusar Top will remain closed from 06:00 pm to 06:00 am
To guarantee the safety of those traveling along Babusar Road, the Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) government has declared the closure of Babusar Top and Zero Point to all sorts of traffic at specific periods of the day.
